you can do this from your DNS settings for this domain.
Add a forwarding entry for www.your_domain.com -> full_url_of_your_forum

If you want explicit information, then give more info on what your DNS manager is and details of your forums host.

Where is your domain registered ?

And in 000webhost.com, when you created your account which option did you choose ? your own domain or free domain ?

ok 1st i had instaled it using a free domain then i have buyd this one www.presidanzians.info now i want to add that domain to this url http://nisalz.site90.com

from your DNS manager, redirect www.presidanzians.info to http://nisalz.site90.com

but since you can host your own domain with 000webhosts.com, its better to create a new account with 000webhosts.com select the 'My own domain name' option and enter presidenzians.info there.
Then transfer your forum from the nisalz... to the new one.

it seems your domain www.presidanzians.info is registered with BABAC.
go to https://mya.securepaynet.net/Defaul...ault.aspx&isc=gppgrs04&prog_id=newbestdomains and login with your user name and password for your domain registration control panel.
From there you can set the forwarding to http://nisalz.site90.com or if you plan to use a new 000webhost.com account for this, you can change your NS records for your domain.
