huh...i have experiz in kubunto!!!
Windows walata wada nam honda ne
mokada samahara drivers ganne ne. (bt it depends on da system which we use.)
ona karana softwares thiyenawa windows wala wage
eth aluthen install karanna yana eka nam epa wenawa
okkoma Linux versions ithin e wagene. mokada shell commands walin thamai install karana deyak karanna one...habai faster than windows...
required atleast 10GB of HDD for best performance

first of all, its a linux distribution. comparing it to windows is an apple to orange comparison. linux is different, it got its own stuff. the way you ask the question proves that you really don't know about linux. its not windows. not like windows either. if you got a kubuntu cd, you can try it without installing it to the HDD, theres a live cd system.

machan, linux is cool if you know how to get it working for you. there are ton of cool features, Compiz, Beryl, Compiz Fusion, make linux more beautiful than windows. if you really wanna se, search youtube with that keywords. I use ubuntu for a long time. it can make more beatifull than windows.

thats a linux desktop. see? but u will don't get it by the default. you have to do things. btw, thats my desktop!

rit nw, windows. but most of the time, i browse net with ubuntu. cos its productivity is better with multiple desktop!
