I have run at 900MHz /6/6/6/18 1.8V as well. It might go farther, but CPU can't handle the resulting clock speed.

Kvr 667 @ 803 5-4-5-12 1.8V 4:5 as i recall. Like Anusha can go further but CPU cant handle it.
