The Cabinet has granted permission to provide space from the land owned by the Colombo Municipal Library premises to install a statue to respect Nelson Mandela, a former President of South Africa.
The Government said state provisions will not be utilised for this purpose.

Yes. Of course he was the best leader of world. Any other leader can't watch his peoples suffer from people who inverted their country. Any leader can watch his people still suffering. Most likely this is stupid Colombo municipal council idea and the gourmant approved it.
