Nursing is an awesome field to get in to, if you have the passion and ability..

They removed work restrictions on all Nursing students to help with healthcare demands. Dont know for how long, but they will definitely find more work during this crisis. :)

How did Australia's Ruby Princess cruise debacle happen?

On Thursday, the Ruby Princess cruise ship docked in Sydney with dozens of undiagnosed coronavirus cases onboard.

Almost 2,700 passengers - some coughing and spluttering - were allowed to leave the ship at Sydney Harbour, catching trains, buses and even overseas flights to get home.

More than 130 people from the cruise have now tested positive, making it the biggest single source of infections in Australia. One passenger died in hospital on Tuesday.

The saga has caused much anger: why was the ship allowed to dock and unload people?

House parties, barbecues, birthdays and a host of leisure activities will be banned from midnight tomorrow as Australia moves to the next stage of the fight against coronavirus.

Beauty therapy, tanning, waxing, nail salons and tattoo parlors are among the latest things banned by the Prime Minister to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Australia.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced the measures on Tuesday which included shutting down food courts except for takeaway.

Auctions, open house inspections will also be banned along with amusement parks and arcades. Play centres are also now included in the shutdown. Community and recreation centres, health clubs, fitness centres, yoga, barre, spin facilities, saunas, wellness centres will shut.

Boot camps and personal training sessions are limited to a maximum of 10 people with strict social distancing rules observed.

Galleries, museums, national institutions, historic sites, libraries, community centres, nonessential facilities, community facilities such as halls will be closed.
