Not Locations IP Range's maybe
Cuz 512 Users have Different IP and 1mbps /2 /4 has Different IP's
512 - 112.xxxxx
1 - 124.xxxx

yea machan its obvious that the IP ranges is what seperates them....i wz just trying to find whether there wz a connection between the locations cz all ADSL users regardless of their connection are having the same prob in my area....so um taking out the IP range theory
