Lap getting off suddenly

Guys,

I need you guys advice & support to resolve the issue that i'm having with my Laptop.
It's getting switch off most of the time. When i'm trying to stat again in dos mood some time again switching off or asking to start with safe mood. Is it a problem with hard drive , RAM or what ?

Please give me support for this.
