laptop help pls!!

I am using a F3E series, asus notebook, after my baby pressing somting, now the touchpad is not working. palleha,toolbar eke touchpad sign eketh red cross ekak watila. i think some setting is locked. how can i correct it?? urget help. its a real nusence. i have to use a mouse,till i get this corrected. so pls help friends..!!!

Control pannel --> mouse -->device settings tab eka touch pad eka enable karanna

Thank u sooooo much.. i just followed the instructions, and it worked.. to tell u the truth, i noticed the button only when u said. i learnet something today.
