LAPTOP HELP

I need to buy a good laptop for gaming. I found this one is too good but it is not available in Sri Lanka . I have a friend in Australia. So, I can ask him to buy it and send it to me in Sri Lanka. . Need your advises on do doing that. actually, I need to how to do so. . I have no idea about TAX, duty fees,..etc. Need to know about that too So, Can you help me please
