I personally don't think that the Govt is behind this.
If they did,
it is an utterly idiotic act.
They are too shrewd not to do such things.
If they did
they might have depended on people
who try to think like me..
beyond what we see.

But the antagonism which is built now toward Govt
after Sirasa and Lasantha
is mainly built upon the emotions aroused by
Govt's move against law after the court order to reduce Petrol price.
It was the greatest mistake they made.
Now many trust that the Govt
is stubborn enough to go against law.
People who trusted the Govt as a strong Father Figure
has lost hope and scared.
It is very difficult to correct that mistake.

Let's watch closely
how are they going to manage with this dilemma.
In less than two weeks people will come back to normal
and Mahinda will come up with another trump card.
It is said that he will rule for another 20+ years.
