this was told to me by a tamil fellow who i met in australia who was very analytical by nature. he asked me bro if the sinhalese were so brave why did the kingdom keep on shifting from the north and end up in kotte. it means that they were weak and could not defend themselves. he is of the view that if the kingdom was strong it would have lasted like the moghul empire or rome empire for a long time before collapsing. anyway i dont give much fuck about our history it is quite subjective
