this is the case when come to the black text. Some of the letters look PURPLE, why does it happens.
my monitor is SAMSUNG SyncMaster 933 nwplus 19".

I have Windows XP and a new Samsung 19" LCD. The text is a little blurry and I can't seem to get things just right. It's better now that I set the monitor at native resolution of 1440 x 900 and activated the ClearType. My main problem now is the text is not as sharp as I'd like and there is a weird color thing going on with the black text. Some of the letters look PURPLE! ( when text is small )Anybody ever had to deal with this before?

machan what you say is not the letter , around the letter its purple rit??? but not all the time . most of the time when your are on the web ? rit ??

u r correct but when i type some thing in notepad or ms word the same problem occurs.

Infact, this happens because of the Resolution problem as some VGA cards are not accepting Resolution of wide screen monitors.
