If you want to learn PHP in English medium, the most recommended way is Zend certifications. go here http://www.zend.com/en/services/training/ If you are a beginner I suppose you better have some previous experience other wise you will waste your time to understand core concepts in php and you will do the Zend certification again when you get the idea of php. So my idea is do some prior course covers all sections in php and develop applications covering all area to have some idea and do Zend exam and get certified.
