1 මට දැනගන්ඩ ඕනි why Performa Invoice & CR Copy...

2 අනිත් එක තමා Valuation report එකක් කොච්චර ඉක්මනින් ගන්ඩ පුලුවන්ද ? මට කට්ටියක් කිව්වා desilvamotorengineers good kiyala.. කොච්චර කාලෙකට ඕක valid ද? buyer ද seller ද must pay money for this and කීයක් විතර වෙයිද ?

3 Legal Charges, Stamp Duty and Processing Fee කීයක් විතර වෙයිද? roughly..

දන්නෙ නැති හින්දා අහන්නේ, lease company එකෙන් එනවද vehicle එක බලන්ඩ? නැත්නම් මට money දෙනවද ගිහින් owner ට pay කරන්ඩ කියලා?

2- දෙහිවල මාලගමුව කියල කෙනෙක් ඉන්නවා ,valuation ඒකත් ගොඩක් ලීසින් company වල පිලිගන්නවා, එයා නම් වාහනේ තියෙන තැනට ගිහිල්ලත් valuation කරනවා.

stamp duty total reversible එකෙන් 1% (ඒක හදන්නෙ වාරිකයක වටිනාකම* වාරිකගණන/100
3-ලීසින් company එකෙන් වාහනය බලන්න එන්නෙ නෑ, එයාලට valuation එක විතරක් ඇති. ඒත් ඔයාගේ ගෙදර බලන්න එනවා.

1# මගේ situation එක, මම ganna vehicle එක 22 lacks, mama 15 lacks ගෙවලා as down payment, ඉතුරු 7 walata thama leasing දාන්නේ.

Ethakota මම 15 lacks leasing company ekak ta gewawada, ethakota egolla straight a way 22 lacks walata cheque ekak issue karanawada seller ta ?

otherwise, මම 15 lacks and the D/O eka denawadha seller ta ?

2# who will fill these forms and get the letters ?

- MTA 8

- MTA 6

- Letter of No Objection from owner

- Letter of No Objection for one day transfer and it should be sealed by owner's area JP or Grama Seva niladari

1-ලීසින් company එකෙන් එක දෙන්නෙ ඔයාට ලීසින් ඔන ගානට විතරයි(700000) D/O එකයි ඉතුරු ගාන(1500000) අයිතිකාරයට දීල ඔයාට වාහනේ ගන්න පුලුවන්. ලීසින් එකෙන් සල්ලි දෙන්නෙ වාහනේ අයිතිකාරයට.
2- MTA 6 එක උඩ අත්සන් කරල පොතේ අයිතීක්කෙනා එකයි D/o, C/R / R/Lesion එක්ක ලීසින් එකට බාරදෙන්න ඔන.
ඔයාගේ අත්සන් ටික ලීසින් company එකෙන් ගන්නවා.mta 6/mta 8/mta 3 ඔයාට එවා පුරවන්න දෙයක් නෑ ලීසින් company එයාල ඒවා කරනවා.
3- Letter of No Objection for one day transfer and it should be sealed by owner's area JP or Grama Seva niladariඑක ඔඅන වෙන්න one day transfer එකක් ගිහින් මාස6 ඇතුලත තවත් one day transfer එකක් යනවනම් විතරයි. එහෙම උනොත් ඔයාට rmv charges තවත් වෙඩි වෙනවා.
