LECO sucks !!! 2 days power cuts !!

LECO in Ja Ela is useless. We had a power cut on(22nd) Wednesday from 8am till 8pm and it was scheduled. Today again power went around 9am and when we call they say its a another scheduled cut till 5pm. This is not even mentioned on the website. This is a huge lost for businesses!! Can we sue them for losses ?
