    Hi EK

    My left breast feel pain after wake up this morning.
    I drink apple cider night time.

    Could this be the cause?
    Or is it onset of stroke or heart attack?
    What should I do? :sorry::sorry:

    Please advise.

    because you are 26 I don't really think you need to see a doctor for any cancer related problems.If it is the thing, the pain continues from your left arm towards your chest. So it is not that. Also considering you are still 26. If this happens at 40 go and do a mammogram and breast ultrasound: breast MRI, PET/CT imaging straight away.

    If you are having obesity problems and sitting too long for work, with no proper exercises and bad food habits a heart problem is possible but if it is a heart attack then you want be having the pain for this long.

    And I am a little surprised you posting "pain in left breast" lol usually girls say "pain in the left side of the chest". So anyway my advise to you: get some rest, do few exercises do a mammogram if the pain gets worsen over the time, you don't have to see doc, there is a dedicated service for mammograms if you are not aware of that.

    Hope this helps.

    could be a symptom of primary stage of blood colt blocked in your coronary artery. Do an ECG after a doctor's recommendation. Mean time start doing exercises

    Someone having a heart attack may feel:

    1 chest pain, which may also include feelings of: tightness. discomfort. crushing pain, left arm pain ...
    2 spreading pain, which may spread out: from the chest area. down one or both arms. ...
    3 shortness of breath.
    4 paleness, sweating or overall weakness.
    5 nausea, vomiting and maybe indigestion.
    6 anxiety or fear.
