I have had a loan with NTB and had an issue with their interests charged, however I managed to sort it out and came to a conclusion to settle the balance of LKR 350,000.00, yet they have filed a case without informing me, Im planning to migrate in this year and will this be a problem for my police clearance ? can someone please advice on this !

I'm ready to pay, but they have just filed the case without informing me, I told them not at once but in terms I will settle, I gave that request in written, I will be needing a police clearance for my VISA I guess this will not be an issue
