Go there before 8 or 7 even they accept applications until 11.

Take
1. Passport
2. Visa
3. NIC
4. Driver's license kole

And a photocopy of all. Notices say you need an air ticket too. But I didn't submit that.

Then you have to give the details and submit the things.

After that you can collect the printed card from the counter near the gate.

But the problem is there isn't a proper procedure of printing cards. Even you submit the application first your card may come as the last one. Fucking procedures of army card printing.

Better you submit the application and go somewhere to do some errands. Then go and collect it around 3 o'clock in the evening.
