if we are to say the BEST army, there are many attributes to that.
In the context of SL, the SL Army has a seperate reputation now, Coz the SL government and the Army demolished the Terrorist groups in the North.
It is an accepted warfare comprimise that ANY was that lasts for over 25 years, has to be declared to either side, where either one party has to suicide or to simply give up and give what the other party wants.
The SL war has been going on for more than 26 years now, and everyone including the international community and Diplomats had said many times that there is no way SL can win this war, and to give away the piece of land the LTTE is asking for.
