ඔය skills දානකොට ඔහොම percentage levels දාන්න එපා. මොකද software development කියන්නේ ලොකු field එකක්. උබේ CV එකේ හැටියට උබ software development වලින් 80% දන්නවා කියලා තියෙනවා. මේකෙන් පෙන්නේ උබ දන්නේ නැති දේ මොනවද කියලා උබ දන්නේ නෑ කියන ඒක.

මම developer කෙනෙක් අවුරුදු 5ක් වගේ exp තියෙනවා. මම හිතන්නේ මම දන්නේ me field එකෙන් 5 % වගේ තමයි. කොච්චර දේවල් ඉගෙන ගත්තත්, තව මොනවා හරි තියෙනවා ඉගෙන ගන්න.

උබ R&D ඔක්කොම දන්නවනේ. ඒ පැත්තෙන් මොන දේ ඇහුවත් උබට උත්තර දෙන්න පුළුවන් වගේ
