Mac book repair issue. Please help!

Guys,

I need your help here.
My Mac book Air Early 2014 A1466 model stopped working all of a sudden.
I had it in sleep mode for 4 days which I usually do when I have exams. I have done for weeks just so that I don't have to open the documents all over again.
But this time my Mac book didn't respond at all. The power key did not turn it on. I tried some basic troubleshooting which were simultaneous key presses to reset SMC controller, PRAM, do other kinds of troubleshooting from outside only.
Nothing worked. The Mac book doesn't turn on, there is no chime sound when the laptop starts or any kind of response.
I then decided to take this to a repair center namely SmartPhone Solutions in Galle road. They are a bit famous although they operate in a small shop. They did a chemical wash and it did not work and they said they tried replacing some components just to test if power was coming. Their final answer was to replace Power IC chip which they unfortunately did not have so I brought it back home and gave it to another very famous shop called LankaLaptopHouse.
I attached the repair status form as an image and as you can see they took 2 weeks and finally said that the repair failed. They mention it is due to ene failure. I have no idea about it. Their final solution is to replace the motherboard which would cost me 70,000/=
What I need from you guys is a solution to this without actually replacing the motherboard which is very costly and I could potentially buy a 2nd hand condition Mac book air for like 85,000 - 90,000/=.

Also I tried places like BT Store, Future World & Abans. They are very costly because even just for inspecting the laptop they charge 6000/=. That is absurd and mostly their final answer is also to replace the Motherboard.

i had the same issue with my macbook air after put it in to the sleep mode. I took it to an apple genius bar and they fixed it in 10 minutes. They said it was a simple glitch and didnt charge me a penny. most probably you are having the same issue. dont let people play with your laptop go to the authorised dealer.

Get your MAC to futureworld. They charge 5000 for diagnose. Highly recommended. They will tell you exactly whats wrong

I think you better take it to an Apple authorized sales person such as Abans or BT Options. It may look like its expensive but in the end when you sum up all the costs you spend on other places will sum up to the actual cost at Abans or BT Options. The Apple hardware is quite different from the usual repairs which the shop technicians are aware of and you might end up damaging the machine in the end. (Dont take to Futureworld)

Also post the issue on Apple Support Forums or ifixit, there could be people having the same problem.
