He is the first one who addressed UN in Tamil in History.

Is that so, dont understand the rationale behind him trying to address UN in a language he doesnt speak or understand, is he trying to prove to the world that Tamils in Sri Lanka are not descriminated against by doing that? Would the Tamils of the world be proud that their mother tongue is spoken at UN???
