what is the effect of this

if this actually compiles without errors and creates the exe file, it will put out some random messages on the screen and then shutdown the PC.

That is a C code and not C++ but I doubt the code will compile as it has empty #include directives.

yeah i was wondering where the actual header files are...

should be

stdin, stdlib, conio and stuff like dat i guess... or some other header files i dont know abt
