making a flash timer!!

hey guys.

i want to make a count down timer in flash for a specific amount off time.

da count down shud start when i click a button and wen the timer ends i need to make a small sound lyk thing jst to announce dat da time is over.

n e one know how to make it out at least have n e tutorials!!

its a bit urgent k!

EDIT
i need the timer to show the remaining amount of time too ly minutes and seconds!

this is for a quiz competition. i need to start the timer exactly wen the quiz master starts it so i need it lyk wen i press a button the timer starts running!

we r lyk giving a paper to every participant and giving them 30 minutes. i need to get da timer running wen the quiz master says start. i jst need a timer only. not a quiz programme.
