samahara aya methana poll ekakuth patan gaththa sanath ayin wenna oni kiyala??? eye a kattiya match eka beluwada danne nehe???? stil sanath deserve a place in ODI & T20 teams... coz of his all round ability... there are so many batsmen covered his place in Test team.. thats the reason he retired from test and, for my opinion no proper replacement for sanath... People like Imran Khan, Graham Gooch, Allan Border played well over the age of 40.. upto may be around 42... but people from those countries never critiszed the great player...

for eg: Imran Khan, in his last few years, his perfomance are very low... also injury always.. but he stil led the 1992 world cup victory for them...

I think Sanath can do this to us in this world cup.... great player to watch.. even commentators love to watch sanath playing...

Sanath Jayasurya is the best.in early 1990's I was watching him play(he started ODI's 26.12.1989)and I was liked him.not for his batting or bowling but excellent fielding.I am sure who loved sana at that time was for his fielding.
and early 96's he emerged like a hard hitter.we all know story after that.
till now he can be a man of the match in any time.
If any selector thinks to avoid sana,should go for heavy treatments in Angoda.
just forget the future,lets think the next match and the next.
