1. Dev merch (responsible of the prototypes of the initial product, meka finalize unama thama mass produce karanne)
2. Bulk merch (work with planners to mass produce)
3. Sourcing merch (work with RM warehouses, suppliers to bring in goods to factory)
call center scene na habai wada karaddi e wage thama calls enne
Depends on the plant, eka eka componenet eke wada load eka wadi. for example godak aluth products enawanam dev merch patta busy and wada load eka wadi. Gahana quantities wadi nam for example Unichela, Active loku plants wala Bulk ekatai Source ekatai patta wada.
Habai itin MAS merch wena eka M&S, Next walata wada sahena hodai. Salaries are good also.
MAS is a great place to work. I can't think of a better place for my personal improvement than MAS to be very frank.
