එහෙම කේස් එකක් නම් නැ බං රස්සාවකට යනවනම් IT field එකේ. එහෙම බැලුවොත් Colombo ඉන්ටර්නල් Computer Science ඩ්‍රිග්‍රි එකත් ගොඩක් අය අවුරුදු 3 අය. ස්පේෂල් කරන්න සෙට් වෙන සෙට් එක තමා අවුරුදු 4ම අදින්නේ. (ළගකදි වෙනසක් වුනාද දන්නේ නෑ) . SLIIT Curtain (3 years) එහෙම කරපු උන් ඕන තරම් skill migration වලින් ගිහින් තියෙයි.

උබ කියන එක සමහරවිට අදාල Msc වලට යද්දි චාන්ස් එකක් වෙන්න පුලුවන් . ඒ ඇරුනම රස්සාවට නම් අදාල නැ.

හරියට දන්නෙ නැහැ බන්. කවුරුහරි කියලා තියෙනව දැකපු එකක් මමත් කිව්වෙ. ඒකයි කිව්වෙ හොයලා බලන්න කියලා.

Once you complete your HND (I hope it's an IT one) apply for a BSc. top up degree in SL. There are number of IT top up programs at institutions like ICBT, Esoft etc..which are affiliated with UK universities. Once you have done with that, the transcript will show that the program is done in English. I did the same thing with ICBT. You can apply to Sweden or any other EU country without IELTS. Doing BIT is also a good option, but it will take so much of time. If you're doing BIT you have to make sure you pass every module right on time. If not, repeat the subjects one year later, which, in my opinion, is a waste of time. If your plan is to get out from SL doing a topup is the best option. Time is more important. Good Luck!

BIT වල TRANSCRIPT 1 දෙන්නේ EVALUATION IN ENGLISH MEDIUM කියලා (not Medium of Instruction in English).
එතකොට IELTS කරන්න වෙනවා මචන් සමහර රටවල වලට Msc දානකොට. ඒ ඇරුනාම එක BIT සුපිරි මචන්.
ටිකක් ඉස්සරට වැඩිය අමාරු සීන් එකක් කියන්නේ නම් දැන් අය.
