just because its done in a few tribal villages , you cant claim that all muslims does it.

Still they are taught that it is "bad" to masturbate or they would lose virginity. Finally they are afraid and does not have the innocent pleasure they deserve.

Talking about psychology, until recently, masturbation was classified as a mental disorder. Recently it was changed and masturbation was removed from the list of mental disorders. It becomes a disorder only when you don't have sex when married and does masturbation instead real sex.

Even in Christianity, Masturbation is prohibited as a sin.
