කර්ණය 10 ක් දිග ඍජුකෝණී ත්‍රිකෝණයක ශීර්ෂයේ සිට කර්ණයට ඇදපු ලම්භකයේ දිග 6 නම් වර්ගඵලය 30 නෙමෙයිද?
උත්තරේ 30 නෙමෙයි ලු.පොඩ්ඩක් දන්න කෙනෙක් කියන්නකො ඇයි එහෙම වෙන්නෙ කියලා.​

කර්ණයයි උසයි දන්නවා නම් පයිතගරස් වලින් පාදමේ දිග හොයා ගන්න පුලුවන්.
කර්ණය 10, උස 6. ඕකට පයිතගරස් දැම්මට පාදම 8යි කියලා එයි.
ඉතින්,

වර්ගඵලේ = 0.5‍ x base x height
ඕකේ හැටියට එන්න ඕනේ 0.5x8x6 = 24

If you use the classical formula that the area= (1/2)*base*height of the triangle, then you get the answer of 30.

But in reality NO such right angled triangle exists. If the hypotenuse is 10 then the then the perpendicular from the right angle to the hypotenuse CANNOT be 6.
Therefore the question is wrong and hence the answer 30 is wrong too.
