This is with the experience I have with trainees from there. Their ability of rational thinking is very low, actually I feel it's been killed. They practice military discipline there, just follow the order without questioning or rational thinking. Some of my friends who have done visiting lectures there, told me the same.

Anyway, it's my point of view.
