This is need for apply AUS Visa. The company, who is going to make my Visa asked to send a personal statement with regards to my health. So I wanted prepare a statement now.

For this you need a health check done by a certified doctor.

I have already send my Medical reports to them. after that they submitted papers and asked about Personal Medical statement. I have no idea abt this statement..

Just send a letter stating that as far as you know, you're perfectly healthy or what ever your medical report says (if you have pressure, say that you have pressure but otherwise perfectly healthy).

You should prepare something like this then:

I, Pathumlk, do hereby declare that I am of good health and I have'nt got Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis or any other viral diseases.

(Those 3 diseases are the Aussies' scared diseases machang.)

And after that, for the VISA requirement, you have to undergo a full check-up by a medical doctor.
