Mervyn Silva injured, Kelaniya PS chairman dead in road mishap
Labour Minister Mervyn Silva was injured in a road accident at Aralaganwila in Polonnaruwa this afternoon (Apr. 29th), reports said.
The incident also left Chairman of the Kelaniya Pradeshiya Sabha Seevali Kelanitilake dead, and another person seriously wounded.
Mr. Silva is being airlifted to Colombo for treatment to a badly hurt leg and hand
The other injured, a close friend of his identified as Amal, is being treated at the Intensive Care Unit of the Dehiattakandiya Hospital.
The vehicle in which they had been traveling had been speeding at the time of the incident at Kadjuwatte near Sandagalatenna around 4.30 pm, reports said.
It had skidded off the road and crashed into a tree, Polonnaruwa SSP Jayantha Wickremasinghe told 'Lanka Dissent.'

looking at this news it look simmilar to how Mr. Sripathi got killed!!
