She also said in that same interview (part 1) that there were 2 ethinicities in Sri Lanka- Sinhales and Tamil, and totally disregarded other major ethnicities like the Muslims So it's not like I'm totally agreeing with everything she says. It's HER opinion, not mine.

She says LTTE is only 4000 of them and not so sophisticated!

Are you kidding me? At the height of LTTE they had more than 10000 of them and among the equipments they had were SAMs (Surface to Air Missiles), Mini Submarines, and what more sophisticated than a human with a bomb shoved up in the ass ready to blow himself up

She was a refugee who fled the country during the WAR when she was just a child and understandably she grew up with hate for Sinhalese with all those propaganda brainwashing her!

If she is really honest about her people and care about them, it is the best time for her now, to make an appeal to LTTE to release the civilians (Tamils) which they holding by force!

Why she doesn't do that? The reason is very clear... like everyone, she too make a living by selling the WAR in Sri Lanka, if she opens the mouth about LTTE's activities she'd loose popularity among 80 million Tamils worldwide

Last but not least, I saw this in the TIMES.. under her name!!

the movie pineapple express made the song go big

we may not like her but she made it to top 5 on the billboard
