Yes You can Do this at Home

there is a simple way to format your Nokia symbian phone modle.you can do this to clear your phone memory and re install the Original softwares..
Before Do this writedown all the contact no and massage before do this
This will format your phone memory only
This process Do not erase your Exterlal Memory Card. [you can remove your memory card before do this]

Switch off the phone

press *, 3 and answre key(green color) all keys togethre

while pressing these keys switch on the phone
you will sea an empty screen or "formatting massage"
keep pressing these keys untill your phone is on.
now your phone is fully formatted and working with original setting

you can use this when your mobile is infected with an virus...
