6101 is DCT-4 type and you can unlock this by nokia free code calculater (serach elakiri mobile section) select ASIC 2, ur imei, ur operater and phone GEN is original
Or
unlock it from ur local unlocking shop and i recon u must pay them $5 cos it is very easy to unlock

PS- Bad news is 6101b version, which is 850/1900 mhz, only work with the north american band. possible solution --> the MCU does support both 850 and 900 so no need flash but u still need to write PM from a 900/1800/1900 phone, since phone is tuned to 850 MHz otherwise no network or weak network.. and this is tested !
(IN THIS CASE YOU PROBABLY WANT TO SEE YOUR LOCAL MOBILE SERVICE CENTER)

Sorry no lg u310 unlocking solution available at the moment. nobody can unlock this phone except the 3 network. try to get the unlock codes from three or wait another month or two to get it unlocked

what is the 'Phone Type' for Nokia 6288?

6288 is baseband 5 type that means Hard to unlock BB5. probably you need to pay around $30 to get this phone unlocked. only pro mobile unlockers can do this model as they have to physicaly open the phone and bypass the main board (they call it TEST POINT)
