Mobitel GPRS Charges Reduced..!!

hey guys, i got this msg from Mobitel today Morning and it says like this;

" Dear Customer,
please note that rates applicable on GPRS has been REDUCED to 1cent/kb
[+tax] & NO session fee, with Effect from November 30th 2008 "
