mobitel HSDPA help

I ve turned to mobitel HSDPA after using Dialog for 5 months ...

Zoom 890 package eka iye gatthe
now the prob is when HSDPA signals available connection gets very slow n some time disconnected..But with WCDMA it works perfectly...

why is this....usually HSDPA speed high ne?

Has any one know the solution or how to correct it?? i didnt ask mobitel yet cos i have enough bad experience with Dialog custermer care who knows nothing..i ll send a mail to mobitel though please help machans...maara case ekane mata wune!!

well... i guess it's better to contact customer service first before being prejudice... coz most of ma friends who use Mobitel are so much satisfied with the quality but with dialog.. well.. i don't know why they keep giving connections without increasing the capacity... may be it's your location... may be it's not fully covered with HSDPA... not sure though...
