With 3G, mobitel connects at 1 mbps for prepaid.
Also note that ALL broadband connections only advertise the Maximum possible speed. This does not mean you get this speed at all times.

and the main thing be srilankan not even mobile network

when you filling fuel..dont buy from IOC
when you buy other goods dont buy from cargills food city..
and the fix lines too..use lankabell or telecom ( which has the greater owneship for sl )
and mobile network.. use mobitel
never get meals from KFC or Mc donald

are u using upahara voice line or data connection to connecting to the inet..?

speedtest.net test ekak dala post karanna balanna.. anika wena monahadi dl wenwanam eka stop karala test karanna.. upahara data sim only giving yo 1Mbps. and do not use colombo , new delhi, servers they are very bussy..use male or any other..

This is not a bad speed at all. Dont expect 384 kbps download speed at all times as you wont get it.

machan there is issue in your modem or conjunction in signal pls do as i mentioned at least you should get 800Kbps.. 1Mbps or more enwa okata ..adu gane 800Kbps enna ona..
