Telekom malaysia owns the other half of SLT. So mobitel is half owned by them too. Which makes it only half SL.

Afaik, Dialog is half owned by SL too. No idea about Hutch. The other two are ofcause not SL owned.

that 15% is not govt owned. It's private owned.

I dont see what my race has got to do with this.
