i just released ChangeMon.Com which is a free service that let's you watch any webpage out there for changes and email you once it detects the kind of change you are interested in.
you can even monitor a specific part of a page by visually selecting the element you are interested in.
there's no need to sign up for an account.
give it a shot and let me know if everything is working as it should, or not
if you got any suggestions to improve it, pls let me know...
