Mopeds in Sri Lanka

According to new rules in Sri Lanka, there are no motorbikes which could be rode without License..... All mototorbikes even Gizmos n Champs should be registered.....
This rule is to be implemented in the near future...

hey guys beaware when buying mopeds....although the salesmen says there is no need of license....there is a new rule to b implemented
