Boasting 1GB of GDDR3(?) memory and OpenGL 2.1 support, MSI's GeForce 9800 GX2 has been posted as having a GPU clock of 660 MHz, Shaders at 1650 MHz and memory at 2400 MHz. The truth is probably somewhere in the between the two said specs. We'll find out soon enough.

9800GX2 is rumoured to break motherboards (because it is so heavy and because of the stress it makes on the mobo)

So why go for ferrari, just get the one which has same performance for half the price. But in this case is there any card having half the price and same performance?

Because of the quality, attention to detail, technology, fame & product support is far more superior than half-of-the-price cars!

    Few Examples:

Even paint jobs in Ferrari's are measured by laser all over its body to make sure its has the same density everywhere!

They don't run on Spring Shocks, they run on Magnetic shocks.. (Technology and innovations)

Ferrari is just a example ne, but here we talk abt the VGA card ne, if there is a VGA card with same performance same as this 9800 card for half the price i would buy it. Since after one year you can throw that away and you can buy a card it is not in a market using the half of money you just saved.

Ferrari is like XFX,Asus etc where a normal car well lets say Skyline GTR is like inno3D,STlabs etc......A Ferrari offers more than speed like superior comfort and the things Sri Lion mentioned....A brand like XFX don't have anything like that over a inno3D...Just that a XFX will pull 2 or 3 fps more than a inno3D.......

So when it comes to VGA cards....Getting a inno3D over a XFX is wise as we are Sri Lankans....why spend extra for 2 or 3 frames........
