Interesting offer.... If I can sell my motherboard, I might think about it
But I've made a decision not to upgrade the PC. Hopefully this is not an upgrade...hehehe

Edit: On second thought, I should stick to this Asus board, as I'm not sure if the heat sink can be mountable, or if it is overclockable easily with 4 sticks of RAM, 45nm CPU support and also power consumption.
