hey guyz, i got my copy of vista finally.

but a small problem, can I install Vista on D drive (I have XP on C)? will it do anything to my pc?

sum1 help out plz!!!

1. Yes, you can install it onto D:
2. Yes, it will do something to the PC (you start with one OS and end up with two OSes :lol:)

    In a Chip !!!
    1. run the setup in xp
    2. it will ask is this a update or fresh copy. select fresh copy
    3. it will show a list of ur partitions, select D:
    4.Enjoy...................................

    but do make sure dat u have da minimum hardware requirements
    if not u will have allot of trouble

    m...........btw machan y r u installing vista now???

    wait 4 da SP 1 or 2

    vista ll giveu allot of trouble and pain if yo computer is not powerful enough:D

    1more thing sum programs u alredy have will run slower on vista

    in other words WINDOWS VISTA SUX @S$:growl: :growl:
