Music Composing & Recording Help Needed

I've done western music exams upto the diploma level

I like to put my learning into practice and have it as my hobby

I do midi recording through my keyboard

But i want to record them in a more professional way with high quality using some software

My main idea is to record a cd with my knowledge and talent. For that midi quality recorded in a keyboard is not going to help me

I want to record the tracks with the voices in good quality

I need your help to find some good softwares i can use to get this job done
