My Computer Problem?

My computer not boot, it start little time then stop. hard is going to start but suddenly stay silent way. But after 5 or 6 times put ON/OFF then it start to boot as normal.

What is the Problem? is this power supply unit case or Mother baord?

Is any friend have who keen about PC harware...

but hope Hard is not damaged...

You have any about Bootable CD or floppy just insert it than start your computer with that by pressing F8. After that select the device in our case CD or floppy than format it...

after 5 or 6 times on/off it boot normally, then works fine. till shut down.

but first time CD IDE LED light and keyboard LEDs light, but floppy drive LED not light. after 5 or 6 times on/off it works well as normal.

I think its something wrong with memory.If its OCed deffa a cold boot problem with RAM settings don't go into BIOS.I say clean the RAM + slots,then clean the mobo too.
