machan, it happen to me once maybe cux some thing sparked.
n i also got fightened, but i removed evry thing in cluding the cpu, ram, dvd rom etc dusted it an put it back. IT worked fine after that...
Rememmber after removeing the ram wait for abt 5-10secs before u put it back k...
Ithink nw it should work....

I told you this once 6days ago... I'm gonna say it again...My opinion is if your both PSU & UPS are fine looks like a dead motherboard... if it's under warranty return it...
