Only issue is lack of any published research papers on this and more details on the chemical composition of this substance (whether it is harmful to human to breath , and how stable it was to the material used and what is the chemical compostion of nano particles used. eg Both Pfizer and Medorna had published all their research , chemical composition of nano particeles etc) If a patent was obtained , all these would have been disclosed to the patent office by now and in public domain. Yes.. as @warwickuni mentioned, sadly we lack the published papers and quite importantly the test results. It's not much about the chemical composition... It;s been known for years. It's the process and the correct quantities that's used to impregnate the fabric with the nanoparticles that mattters.
OTOH the Israeli Sonovia was assessed by independent testing. Also initially provided free masks to several countries to test. The reputation develops from there.
Had this been done we would have captured the countries that are near to us assuming we get the production rates up.
