Guys i need some Help to build a website, A forum Website! Like Elakiri.com!
Okay now don't get mad or pissed!! I am not gonna copy Elakiri.com or trying to create a competitive website! Chill!

I have to create a forum site for a Youth Peace Service! an organization or a group you can say!!

I want to create like Elakiri.com, the front page! with the pictures and all!

how do i do it without buying vBulletin. i know how to create a forum! i can use Simple Machine Forum or phpBB! but i need a look like elakiri.com.

Please help on this!

Yes you can. I can't give step by step coz im not familiar with SMF.
