Sorry, I don’t know any reliable places.. well..... you could try Unity plaza (but I normally don’t trust those guys). Maybe someone else can help you with that...
It doesn’t boot means nothing happens when you press the power button?? Maybe the power adapter is dead or maybe something else has gone wrong. If the power adapter is the culprit then you can test it with a multimeter.
In the meantime try this as well : disconnect the power adapter and take out the battery, then leave it for few minutes. Afterwards, reconnect the adapter OR put the battery in and reconnect the adapter, then try to turn it on.
